AGENDA

8:30 a.m.       Call to order

  • Meet in Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation.
Motion:  Vote to go into Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or litigating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

Separately:  Chair declares that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating or litigating position of the body.

                2.    Meet in Open Session with Town Counsel to discuss the following:
  • Preparation for Tri-Town District Meeting with Eastham and Brewster
  • One-day liquor licenses for non-profit events on Town property
  • Vote on Remaining Warrant Articles
  • Authorize Layout of Aspinet Road
  • Confirm 2.5% statutory increase for Pavement Management Stabilization Fund
  • Confirm 2.5% statutory increase for Water Quality Drainage Imp. Stabilization Fund
  • Vote to Place Ballot Questions on the Annual Town Election Warrant
  • Fund Phase 1A Wastewater Management Plan Design
  • Petition Article, Fund a Comprehensive Water Quality Improvement Plan
  • Fund Boiler Replacement Orleans Elementary School
  • Fund Replacement of Highway Department Street Sweeper
  • Fund Stormwater Management Plan, Design, and Construction
  • Fund Rock Harbor Maintenance Dredging
  • Fund Conservation Mooring Replacement Pilot Program
